DIMBULB DINNER No. 01 has concluded, and it was such an incredible night.
We gathered with an intimate group of guests at a private location on Castle Hill in Austin for a multi-course, family-style meal from a very special and celebrated chef, Chef Theo Gilbert.
The menu was Western European, with Spanish, Italian and French dishes and accompanied by a curated cocktail menu and wine pairings from the incredible team at Small Victory, Josh Loving and Laura Maddox.
Dart Collective (Austin and NYC) + Django Foxtrot opened the evening with live jazz.
Ben Kweller attended and brought everyone a commemorative copy of his anniversary record.
